The 2026 Women’s March is coming up in Kearney on March 7th, and in anticipation I’ve made up some brand new purple themed earrings 💜 (as well as some new caramel flavors and a few new crochet whimsys.)

At last years March, we fundraised $750 towards my first grassroots scholarship pledge, which was $1,000 total. 🤩

This year I will be back with a brand new table of wares, and brand new fundraising goals.

For the Women’s March, and future markets, a set percentage of my sales (or specifically labeled products, ie caramel sampler boxes) will be donated to a local organizations– who do work that the Witch behind the curtain happens to admire.

How does it work? For each qualifying sale, the buyer will initial a box on my chart with the $ value of their donation, and sign my public donation card (if they choose.) At the end of my fundraising term, I will post my signature chart, and am image of my sent check or venmo payment to the chosen recipient.

I believe, that this method will give me an accountable and transparent way of collecting fundraiser donations– which is my 2nd biggest goal.

I will ALSO be uploading my wares online for later purchase (wHiLe SuPpLiEs LaSt).
